1. Wash dried shrimps with clean water. Then put in hot water until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the salad sauce by mixing lime juice, fish sauce and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolved well. Then add pickled lettuces, chopped chilies, celeries, sliced red shallots and sliced onions. Stir until all ingredients mixed well.
3. In a big bowl, mix dried shrimps with the salad sauce (prepared in step 2). Stir until all mixed well.
4. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish on top with coriander leaves.Serve immediately with hot steamed rice. steamed rice.
